I feel so out of it. This waking up to go to work thing is rough! I’ll get there, though. It’ll be normal in a few weeks. But right now, I just feel so spacey. I think I need a burrito and some chocolate.

Ok funny story, though. I tell you what, that speaking test provides me with all kinds of entertainment. Last night, I was testing a dude, and a picture of a supermarket came up. It looks like a Whole Foods or a Fresh Market or something. Anyway, I say, “Tell me about this picture,” and I swear, y’all, the dude looked me dead in the eye and responded, “Lactation.”  No joke. I don’t have any idea what he meant to say, but I’m fairly certain that “lactation” was a horrendous mispronunciation of something quite normal. Good times.
