It Already Thursday

Oh snap, y’all, how’d it get to be Thursday already?? That’s craziness right there.

Well, today I’d like to talk about what is quickly becoming my favorite moment of the week, and that is the moment when I come home from work on Thursday, realize I have nothing to do until Friday morning, and put on my “play clothes” (aka jabambas). I come in the door, put my stuff down, walk around the living room/kitchen for a moment, and then it hits me. I don’t have to go back out tonight. I’m done. I can sit on the couch and read/blog/watch TV/whatever. Then I think, “What the heck am I doing still in these stuffy work clothes? I should be in play clothes!” So I go upstairs and put on my jabambas, and they’re so warm and cozy comfy! It’s my favorite time of the week.

As you may have guessed, I am currently in my play clothes, coming to you live from the couch, where I’m getting ready to watch Mad Hot Ballroom with L-Josh. It’s a good moment.
