My friend Faith sent this to me via email, and since I don’t have anything else to blog about, I’m passing it along to all of you. I figure it’s less annoying this way. Enjoy!!
1. Were you named after anyone? My mother’s father’s mother and my father’s mother
2. When was the last time you cried? Probably while watching P.S. I Love You…that was a while ago, huh? I’m so heartless.
3. Do you like your handwriting? I do. Especially when I write on the board.
4. What is your favorite lunch meat? I’m vegan.
5. Do you have kids? I refer to my students as my kids, but most of them are older than me.
6. If you were another person would you be friends with you? Absolutely. I’m awesome!
7. Do you use sarcasm a lot? Yes, but I try not to be mean about it.
8. Do you still have your tonsils? Yes.
9. Would you bungee jump? Absolutely not. I don’t even like to hit the brakes too hard.
10. What is your favorite cereal? Oh man. This is impossible. It might be a tie between Honey Nut Cheerios, Cap’n Crunch with Crunch Berries and Product 19 (which we used to always eat at my grandparents’ house)
11. Do you untie your shoes when you take them off? No, but I should. It would make putting them on again a lot faster.
12. Do you think you are strong? Sometimes. Sometimes I’m a wussy girl.
13. What is your favorite ice cream? Soy Delicious, which is really funny when you think that “soy” in Spanish means “I am.”
14. What is the first thing you notice about people? Whether or not they notice me. There, I said it. I’m totally self-absorbed.
15. Red or pink? Pink. Please, have we met?
16. What is the least favorite thing about yourself? Pass.
17. Who do you miss the most? At the moment? Pass.
18. Do you want everyone to send this back to you? Ummm…sure?
19. What color pants and shoes are you wearing? jeans and green sneakers
20. What was the last thing you ate? a “Simply Asian” honey teriyaki microwave noodle delight
21. What are you listening to right now? the jazz music playing at the ‘bou
22. If you were a crayon, what color would you be? jungle green
23. Favorite smells? cookies baking, new books, old wood, coffee (makes a lot of sense, I know)
24. Who was the last person you talked to on the phone? J. Blair
25. Do you like the person who sent this to you? Yes. In fact, I was just talking about her earlier today.
26. Favorite sport to watch? If I must watch sports, I’ll go with football, but I do not often watch sports.
27. Hair color ? brown
28. Eye color? green
29. Do you wear contacts? No, but I probably ought to.
30. Favorite food? Thai, Chinese, Italian, Mexican…I like to eat.
31. Scary movies or happy endings? happy endings
32. Last movie you watched? The Hustler
33. What color shirt are you wearing? dark gray Beatles shirt with a bluish-green hoodie
34. Summer or winter? winter (scarf time!)
35. Hugs or kisses? Don’t remind me.
36. Favorite dessert? Even though I’m vegan…cannolis
37. Most likely to respond? This really isn’t up for response, but if y’all want to, you can. Considering the fact that I really have no idea who reads this, though, I couldn’t rightly say who’s likely to respond…
38. Least likely to respond? …or who’s not.
39. What book are you reading now? Babylon by Bus, The Ragamuffin Gospel, James (brother of Jesus…in the Bible)
40. What is on your mouse pad? I have no mice. I’m vegan.
41. What did you watch on t.v. last night? VH1’s list of the top 40 stupidest things said by celebrities (see previous post)
42. Favorite sound? music I love, intelligible English pronunciation, French when spoken by men
43. Rolling stones or beatles? Beatles.
44. What is the farthest you have been from home? Italy, I think.
45. Do you have a special talent? Read my blog. You’ll see.
46. Where were you born? Greenville, NC…Aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrgh!!

facts about TOI? what about MOI? What do you MEAN you don’t have anything else to blog about? I have been fabulous for you today. I was so excited for my honey nut cheerios (and had 2 bowls with 1% milk for supper), and we had a blogworthy conversation about your Self subscription…or so you told me. Liar. (TOTALLY Cutie VonHottenstein, btw…and are we pronouncing that “stein” or “stein”? You know what I mean.)
And then I helped you with your crossword puzzle. You would not have known “Bellini opera with ‘r’ in the middle” had it not been for me. I norma-ed your bahookey. Are you snubbing me because I couldn’t think of a Flemish river with a “b” in the middle?
This questionnaire? Old. Old. Filled it out years ago. And the only thing I really learned new about you today is the Product 19 thing.
So don’t even go there.
