“Our” internet’s been rather spotty all weekend, so if I don’t post much, it’s because I don’t have the opportunity.
Now that that’s out of the way, I thought you’d be interested to know that my car hit 50,000 miles last night whilst Tina Turner sang “Private Dancer.” I know. It seemed only right to me too.
It happened in Fayetteville as my sister and I were on our way to the Reba McEntire/Kelly Clarkson concert, which, incidentally, was fantastic. The two of them were on the stage together the whole time either singing duets or singing back-up for each other. I’ve never seen anything like it, and it was really good. But I have to say…WILKESBORO!!!!! is a step up from Fayetteville even though Fayetteville has both a Target and a mall. I can’t imagine ever living there.
