I finally get it

Several of my friends have been, for some time now, in love with this band, The Old Ceremony. And I don’t know how it is that I’ve been missing out on them all along. I’ve either been busy or tired or not in the mood to drive to Chapel Hill whenever they’ve had a show, so I have yet to see them in concert, but I kept hearing about how fabulous they were, so last night, I went to their website to check them out. Then I went to the iTunes store with my gift card and purchased what I believe is their latest album, “Our One Mistake.”

It’s fabulous. It’s like what would happen if the guy from Cake were the new front-man for the Beatles in the modern-day London version of an old-timey American mountain saloon. Look into it.
